By accessing the Aivisis website (aivisis.com) or using our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

All order processing, collections, billing, and subscription renewals on the Aivisis platform are conducted by our official payment processor and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (or its affiliates).

Your credit card information is not stored on Aivisis servers.

During the purchase process, Paddle's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will also apply.

All legal invoices and local tax (VAT, Sales Tax, etc.) collections are automatically calculated and documented by Paddle according to the laws of the user's country of residence.

Aivisis is an analytical B2B software that provides users with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search engine visibility scores, and technical site audit reports.

No Guarantee: Aivisis analyzes algorithms in third-party AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) to provide "proxy" (estimated) data and insights. Due to the constantly changing nature of AI language models, Aivisis does not guarantee exact rankings, traffic increases, or 100% AI visibility for any website.

The reports provided are purely for analytical and advisory purposes. Aivisis cannot be held liable for any consequences arising from your business decisions.

Subscriptions: Our services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle (monthly/annual).

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your user dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect starting from the next billing period, and you can continue to use the service until the end of the canceled period.

Refunds: Since our service is an instantly accessible digital software (SaaS) and system resources are consumed when reports are generated, no partial or retroactive refunds are provided, except where required by law.

The following actions are strictly prohibited when using our platform:

Copying, disassembling, or attempting to access the source code of the Aivisis platform through reverse engineering.

Using automated bots, scrapers, or similar data mining tools for unauthorized bulk data extraction from the system.

Sharing or reselling subscription accounts with unauthorized third parties.

Using the system for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in a way that infringes upon the rights of third parties.

In the event of a violation of these rules, Aivisis reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice.

All intellectual property rights regarding the design, software architecture, reporting algorithms, texts, and UI/UX components of the Aivisis platform belong to Aivisis. Users are free to share the generated brand analysis reports (PDF, Dashboard, etc.) internally or with their clients, but they may not copy the core algorithm of the system.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aivisis shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, or data loss (loss of profits, loss of reputation, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Aivisis's total financial liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 1 (one) month immediately preceding the date the alleged damage occurred.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Balikesir, Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from this agreement. For direct disputes related to the purchasing process with Paddle, Paddle's own jurisdictional rules shall apply.
