Aivisis Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in the Aivisis platform ("We", "Service"). Aivisis is a B2B (Business-to-Business) focused SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering instantly accessible digital analysis reports and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools.
All purchases made through our platform are processed securely by our official Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Due to the nature of our digital services, we request that you carefully read the following refund and cancellation conditions before using our platform.
1. Nature of Digital Services and Non-Refundability
When you subscribe to or make a purchase on the Aivisis platform, no physical product is shipped to you. You gain instant full access to the system, and each AI and GEO analysis report you generate consumes server costs and resources in the background via various data providers and language models (APIs).
Due to this digital consumption model, no partial or retroactive refunds are provided on our platform, except where strictly required by law.
2. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Accepted
Requests for refunds will not be accepted in the following scenarios:
"I Forgot to Use It": Keeping your subscription active but not logging into the platform (dashboard) or generating any reports during that billing cycle is not valid grounds for a refund.
Dissatisfaction with Results: Aivisis provides estimated (proxy) data by analyzing the algorithms of third-party AI search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Since our platform does not guarantee exact SEO rankings or traffic increases, dissatisfaction based solely on report results is not eligible for a refund.
Forgetting Subscription Renewal: Monthly or annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled by the user. Refund requests made with the excuse "I forgot to cancel" after the renewal date has passed will not be processed.
3. Subscription Cancellation
The concepts of refund and cancellation are distinct. You can cancel your subscription at any time without any further commitment:
You can easily cancel your subscription from the "Billing" section in your Aivisis user dashboard or via the subscription management link included in your invoice emails sent directly by Paddle.
When you cancel, your current subscription is not immediately terminated. You will continue to have full access to the service until the end of the billing period (monthly or annual) you have already paid for. Once the current billing period expires, your card will not be charged again.
4. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered in the following rare circumstances:
Double Billing: If your card has been charged multiple times (duplicate charges) for the same billing period due to a technical error or system malfunction, the overcharged amount will be unconditionally refunded.
Service Interruption: If the platform becomes completely unusable for an unreasonable extended period (e.g., consecutive days) due to severe server crashes or technical failures on our end, prorated refund requests for the affected period may be reviewed by customer service.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate an unjustified "Chargeback" process through your credit card provider or bank, Aivisis considers this a violation of our terms and malicious use of the platform. In such a case, your account, along with all generated reports and data inside it, will be permanently suspended. In the event of any billing dispute, please contact our support team first for an amicable resolution before contacting your bank.
