At Aivisis ("We", "Platform", or "Service"), we attach great importance to the security and privacy of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your data when you visit aivisis.com or use our B2B AI visibility and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) services. This policy has been prepared considering the standards of both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Platform Usage Data: Domain names entered into the system, generated analysis reports, search engine query preferences, and scan history.

Payment Data: All financial transactions are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Aivisis never collects or stores sensitive payment data such as your credit card number, CVV code, or expiration date on its servers.
2. Purpose of Data Use
We process the data we collect solely for the following purposes:
Service Provision: To enable your member login, generate your requested GEO and AI analysis reports, and manage your in-platform operations.
Payment and Subscription Management: To track your subscription plans and manage billing processes through Paddle.
Improvement and Optimization: To detect and fix bugs (debugging), measure server performance, and enhance the user experience.
Communication: To respond to your technical support requests and send you emails regarding system updates or subscription changes.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Aivisis does not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We only share your data with the following entities necessary for the uninterrupted operation of the service:
Payment Processors (Paddle): For subscription and billing purposes, your email address and cart information are shared with Paddle.com Market Ltd in an encrypted format.
AI and Search API Providers: To generate your reports, the website addresses (URLs) and search terms you enter are sent as anonymized queries to third-party language models or data providers like Perplexity, DeepSeek, Google, or SerpAPI in the background. Your personally identifiable information (name, email address, etc.) is not included in these queries.
Legal Obligations: In the event of a valid and legally binding court order or subpoena from authorized government agencies, data may be shared to the extent required by law.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our platform uses essential (strictly necessary) cookies to keep your session open, ensure security checks, and remember your on-site preferences. Without these essential cookies, it is technically impossible to log in to the Aivisis platform and generate reports.
5. Data Security and Retention Period
Your personal data is protected by industry-standard security protocols (SSL/TLS encryption). We retain your data for as long as your account is active or for the period necessary to fulfill our legal obligations (billing history, tax laws, etc.). When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted from our systems, except for financial logs that are legally required to be retained.
